All Up To You

Hello, my sweeties!
Hope you are having a beautiful Saturday and an even more fun night :). For me today is special because it's my Mom's birthday and I must admit that I was a bit late this year when choosing a birthday present for her. So, as you can imagine, this afternoon I was out searching for something meaningful. I ended up buying a cake and a gift card to one of her favorite shops so she can pick herself whatever suits her fine. It got me thinking how time flies and nowadays family moments are so rare... We are so caught in our lives, in our work and the everyday routine that we forget what's truly important. We work to make more money so that we can buy houses or whatever to find ourselves in the end with nothing to part in the other world but our memories. I intend to travel a lot as I can before starting a family of my own and have as much fun with my friends and family as possible :).
Anyway, back to the "material" part of today's post, here I have a really comfy outfit that I would like to share with you guys. As you can imagine, the "historical touch" that Brussels conserves upon its buildings, roads and sidewalks make heels a genuine feet killer, so when embarking on a long walk into the city, you'll definitely want a decent pair of shoes, that meaning a reasonable heel and when the weather demands it, like today, a warm outfit. What better way to keep warm than with a cool coat? I recently received mine from Udobuy and I can tell you that it's quite cool and comfy. Maybe I would have wanted it from a better material, but this one is good as well if you're not to picky. The thing I like most is this amazing design that is just so beautiful and stylish. I saw that it's now on Sale btw! :)

What I wore:
- Udobuy coat ( find it here)
- Mango pants
- OMG Fashion jumper (find it here)
- Zara booties
- Zara scarf and hat
- Neuville handbag ( find here in other colours)

I hope you like today's look and I just can't wait to read all your comments.
Thank you for visiting my blog!

  5. You look fabulous, as always. I love those boots! And yes, we should think about how we spend our time and make sure we make the most of it. I lost my father in September. He was undergoing radiation therapy for cancer, and I was waiting to visit him until he finished (he lives about 800 miles away). I had my flight booked, and called him one day to see how he was doing. Each time I called he was sleeping. Then he began having trouble breathing and was taken to the hospital and sedated and intubated. My sister and I flew down the next day, but even when they stopped the sedatives, he never regained consciousness. I never got the chance to talk to him before he died. I try not to think of it too much, because I can't change it. But I certainly agree with you, and I encourage everyone not to wait to tell their loved ones how much they mean to them.

  6. LOVE your coat and boots

  7. Great outfit! The hat looks gorgeous on you :-)

  8. That's a wonderful coat, the cut is beautiful!

Day at the office

Hi guys, Can you imagine that we've already arrived at the middle of the week? I know most of you work at the office and indeed, sometimes it gets lonely having to stay at home and not having a closet packed with office clothes, but I still wanted to show off a really cute office look that I personally would wear to work !  Since my Manfield shoes have a 70s vibe to them, I thought I should add a more feminine touch in the upper part of my outfit, just to sweeten the deal. Now these shoes can be worn in many ways and you can definitely play on the masculine style and wear them with a pair of pants, in a know, go full rogue in that direction. But here, I wanted to build a softer look. The shiny leather is quite an unique touch to the shoes and the thick heel makes them a comfortable pair of shoes that you can actually walk in and stay all day at the office. Add a pencil skirt, a pair of tights and an envelope clutch and you're good to go for this Fall !

What I wore:
